summer?

Where did it go? I mean, it's still here, the weather's still warm, the sun doesn't set too early, but you know, summer. The summer that's linked back to when there was no school, before you needed a summer job and the summer that you can only really cling to during the weekends and evenings since I suppose I'm now an adult.

We took 8 weeks off from school, and yes, it's glorious. But, it's also almost gone. Next week I need to get my first nights assignment started. Or, for me, at least think about getting it started. So, where did those 8 weeks go? Hawaii, family, siblings, errands, to-do lists, on and on. I'm definitely not complaining because those all wonderful and we were able to enjoy much more because we didn't have any looming assignments or readings or projects.

So here we are again, back to school, back to school...
